About 57Foundation
57Foundation is the operating name of Valiant Foundation, a nonprofit initiative by FiftySeven. We empower underprivileged children and women across India through education, digital literacy, and skill development.
What we do
We run practical programs that move the needle for underserved communities. Train For India brings soft-skills training to underprivileged children in partner schools. Digital Beej carries curated educational content from the internet into classrooms that lack digital access. Unnati offers employability and confidence workshops for underserved urban women. The Open Data Collective promotes free and open-source data tools across the social sector, and The Ninja Project funds animal welfare through endurance sports.
How we work
A small core team works with a wider network of volunteers, mentors, and advisors across programs. We partner with schools, educators, corporates, and grassroots groups, match every enquiry to a program within 24 hours, and publish impact numbers openly so donors and volunteers can see where effort goes. Our approach is deliberately hands-on: classrooms, workshops, mentorship calls, and community events rather than paperwork.
Who we are
57Foundation operates as Valiant Foundation and grew out of FiftySeven, a collective that builds for social impact. Leadership, volunteers, and advisors are listed on our team page, and stories from participants and volunteers live on our community page. For questions, partnerships, volunteering, or donations, write to hello@57foundation.org or visit our contact page. We reply within 24 hours.
